Washington D.C. Tour
November 18-20, 2011
Friday, Nov. 18th:
We will depart at 6 am for Washington DC. Donuts, coffee and juice will be served on the bus. We will arrive that afternoon at your hotel, the Hyatt Place Sterling/Dulles Airport North and check in for a relaxing two-night stay. Lunch and dinners are not included in the package but there are many fine restaurants in the area to suit all budgets. When we eat as a group we will be taken to
moderately priced establishments. After dinner we will visit the Lincoln & Jefferson Memorials.
Saturday, Nov. 19th:
A continental breakfast is included at the hotel before departure. Saturday morning the George Washington Masonic Memorial (http://www.gwmemorial.org) has consented to open early for a private tour for our group. After the tour, a Master Mason Degree will be held to raise a Brother in the North Lodge Room of the Memorial. We would like an officer from each lodge on the tour to sit in the officers’ chairs for this degree. We will then be taken to Union Station, where a variety of affordable restaurants are available for lunch. My congressman is arranging a special tour for us. Saturday afternoon we will tour the Whitehouse or take the A tour through the capital. After dinner, we will visit the Vietnam Memorial and FDR Memorial.
Sunday, Nov. 20th:
After breakfast, we will visit the WWII Memorial and then depart for home and arrive late Sunday evening.

If sufficient standby reservations are requested we will add a third bus but that is all. Don’t miss out. It will be a party all the way there and back with your Masonic Brothers. This is a stag trip. Please bring only one bag, a carry on and a small cooler for personal refreshments and or snacks.
Cancellation Protection is available for $25.00 per person for double occupancy. It guarantees a full refund up to the day before departure and allows a refund on any unused portion of a tour due to illness or emergency while on the tour. Cancellation protection will be automatically added to your tour. If you do not want Cancellation Protection, you may decline when you make your FINAL payment.
