Great Food Beautiful Ladies and Dancing!

What can be better? Wonderful dance lessons at Copa Cabana followed by excellent Italian at Spaghetti Factory and top it off with dancing the night away with the beautiful ladies of Oakley Lodge! Not having counted, yet there must have been 20 couples out for this wonderful Saturday Night May 3rd event. for which we must thank Brother Jeremy Fogle, who planned the event so well but could not himself attend due to work. Better luck next time, Bro. Fogle. It will be well remembered for a long time. Live Band music was supplied by "Squeeze Play." That is a rarity nowadays. The band had about 10 accordions, maybe 6 saxophones, drums, keyboard, guitar. They played many styles, most especially swing. Several couples students of the Copa also danced for us in demonstration. The Ladies love it, men, so learn your steps for next time and JOIN US!

Masons vs. Knights of Columbus

A great time was had by all at the Bowlathon at Brentwood Bowl. Oakley Lodge was represented by three teams, and many other brothers showed up to root us on. Afterword we had a great time at Cookout with Dan Keith. Congrats to all the brothers who made the show for this worthwhile cause.

Star and Garter, Golden Fleece come to lodge

How honored Oakley Lodge was to recieve a visit, through LEO Ken Baril, of the renowned "Star and Garter" and "Golden Fleece" awards. LEO Baril brought his to Lodge and made a fine presentation about them at a recent degree conferral. Oakley Lodge is indeed proud and honored to have such a distinguished LEO.
